The role
We are looking for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager with the ability to take ownership of the programme, the client and the contractor.
Leading some of the Bay’s more intriguing builds, you’ll work closely with your client to manage the end to end construction process, putting your stamp on the build before handing it back to your client.

Requirements;
Although we are open to junior and Intermediate applicants and welcome you to get in touch, this is a senior appointment and we require prior client side project management experience.
We want someone with the confidence and experience with NZ contacts and suppliers who can ensure our projects complete on time. If you have at least 3 years working either client or consulting side we would like to discuss this position with you further.
