Construction Project Manager - Residential Construction

The role   

We are looking for a Project Manager to join an ambitious home builder based in Tauranga. With quality finishes a priority for these high-end homes you will be a PM who prides themselves on quality over speed. 

A positive attitude and effective communication skills are required for you to be successful in this position, and once you prove yourself we have progression opportunities for you to move into a Construction Management position in the coming future. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervision and development of your team of builders and apprentices
• Contract liaison with Council, Client and Construction Manager
• Health and Safety

We are looking for a qualified builder who has prior Project Management experience, or a qualified builder who has the ability to take the step up into a management position.
