The role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a local Tauranga construction firm where you will either lead or join a team who specialise in projects ranging from $2 - $25 Million, working on a variety of builds from schools, to town houses, retail outlets and industrial developments.
You will join a company where you are more than a number. With a small team unit, you will have a close working relationship with business owners, who still work in and on the business.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget
· Prepare tenders and contract documentation
· Engage with subcontractors
· Management of Programmes on Microsoft Excel and Program
· An experience working with NZS3604 and a strong understanding of all New Zealand Commercial Contracts
