Quantity Surveyor - PQS

The role   

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a local to Tauranga Professional Quantity Surveying firm where you will join a successful, growing group of driven individuals. 

Projects vary from industrial to large mixed use commercial facilities such as apartments, town houses and retail outlets. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Project client liaison.
• Project Contract Administration.
• Tender and contract document preparation.
• Financial reporting.
• Attending site visits/site meetings.
• Estimating and cost planning of projects.
• Schedule of quantities.
• Bank Drawdown and Cost to Complete reporting.
