The role
Join a local developer based in Tauranga where you will work across a mixture of residential builds from entry level through to architecturally designed homes.
Working closely with your QS and estimation team you will join a progressive team environment where you will grow your career in the direction you want with the capability to work on town house and commercial style developments too.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for full contract administration duties, budget comparisons, tender analysis of sub-contractors, sub-contractor agreements, variations and the preparation of budgets.
You will also be a willing communicator who can seamlessly join a team environment.
